Off topic, I know, but I've looked at the mp3 referred to by David 
Bagley. The partials of the big bell are roughly:
Hum: 105 Hz Ab+19 -2408 cents from nominal
Prime: 197 Hz G+8 -1319 cents from nominal
Tierce: 248 Hz B+7 -920 cents from nominal
Quint: 315 Hz Eb+21 -506 cents from nominal
Nominal: 422 Hz Ab+27.

The hum is almost inaudible on the recording, I had to dig around to 
find it, it's a bit of a guess.
