Guernsey bells

Does anyone know the details of the bells on Guernsey (apart from the 
six, eight and ten)?
Also, are there any more bells hung "in the French method" for change 
ringing that Rod Bickerton qouted in the Ringing World several weeks 
ago? (like St Peter Port used to be).
Does anyone have photos of the old installation at St Peter Port?
How effective were the old fittings at St Peter Port? 
Could a ring be hung in a similar fashion (but with counterbalanced 
clappers) in a weak tower?
Its a lot to go at, but any help much appreciated.
