Nice as it would be to restore the bell and in the situation where it
could be more cheaply replaced than repaired, is there any funding
available specifically to aid such work?
The cheep way out would be to abandon it on the floor beside the
frame, and get a replacement.
The local association only help affiliated towers, there bell fund
rules and do not, as far as I can see, affiliate 3 bell towers.
