Not really, because there seems to be something wrong with the Latin.
"Piebem" is not a recognisable word.
But the rest of it means: I praise the true God. I call the
[piebem]. I hallow festivals (i.e. holy days). I expect that
"piebem" is intended to mean "the pious", or something of the sort.
