The demise of Mallaby

Does anyone know if there is published work anywhere about the 
history of Mallabys- either hangers.
When was the first job carried out?
When Mallabys hung new Warner bells, who contracted out to who?
We have (DJB and I) seen bells with Mallabys name on them (Warner 
bells) and I have wonderd for a while who contracted out to who.
Are any blood relatives of Mallabys alive today, and are there any 
day books in existance anywhere?
