An esoteric clock chime?

I think the 4th is by G & G Mears, one of the old six from Rainhill. I also 
seem to recall that it was hung in a separate frame by E&S, which indicates 
(if I've remembered correctly), that the five of 1901 were put in a 5-bell 
frame.
