Since nobody else has replied to Andrew Bull on St.Petrock's, here's what I=
have:

Exeter, St.Petrock, Devon: 1 Abel Rudhall 1742 22.625" 2-2-0, 2 John Stadle=
r 1693 22.75", 3 John Danyell C15th 24.625" 2-3-8, 4 Thomas Pennington III =
1677 26.875" 4-0-0, 5 Thomas Pennington III 1677 27.875" 3-3-24, 5 Early C1=
7th 30.375" 5-0-0. Retuned and Whitechapel and rehung by Arthur Fidler 1986=
-7, completed March 1987. Previous rehanging - and present frame, I think -=
by Hooper & Stokes 1877. Repairs by Thomas Doble in 1922, and by S. Sharla=
nd (a local ringer and engineer) in 1962 (sources Whitechapel, RW 1962 pp.3=
37, 373 and 788, RW 1986 pp.305-6 and 1085 and notices in the church)

Yes, the 1740 bell is the fourth from Ashburton. The third and fourth there=
were replaced by new Taylor bells in 1989
