Perhaps being more flexible in the frequency of issues might be an
answer as Leigh has suggested. One of our local village societies has
been producing a Villiage History journal successfully for about 15
years, by publishing volumes as sufficient material emerges, rather
than being date driven. Let's face it, bell history doesn't normally
call for topicality.
