Subject: [Bell Historians] Tower stats

I'm just writing a spec for a CCCBR / EIG doc concerning Tower Management,
H&S etc and need to know how many copies may be needed.

The assumption is that this ought to go into every tower with full circle
bells in the UK.
I could estimate 4 bells and above but how many 3's and less are there.

Can anyone help me with a rough figure?

Also what is the probable growth rate in new towers over the next 10 years?

Andrew
