Latin

Following on from a conversation in the pub last night, someone 
mentioned that the 6th at St Peter's (Norwich) has a latin inscription:

GABRIEL VOCOR 
SODALITAS CAMPANISTARUM HUJUS ECCLESIAE EX SENTENTIA ET DONIS MULTORUM 
FIERI ME FECIT MDCCCCIX

I can make out a few of the words from my basic GCSE Latin, but can 
anyone help me with the translation?
