Whilst we are talking about rings of 10, the website for Washington 
seems somewhat unreliable as to the weights of the two rings of 10 - 
the tenor at the OPO does not compute to the accepted weight and the 
individual bells do not often accurately calculate from pounds to cwt-
qtr-lbs.

Can anyone give me the accepted weights of the bells in either/both 
rings?
