[Bell Historians] Casting dates

There's certainly one at Gloucester RO; I have a copy.  Unfortunately I only
copied half of if from Lancaster Town onwards, so I can't help any further.
The number is GRO P228 CW3/2;  'A Catalogue of Bells, Cast by the Rudhalls
of Gloucester To Michaelmas 1804, the whole number being 4015 to the
Satisfaction of Judges of Bells'.

 

Abel Rudhall's will and list for probate are also at Gloucester RO, and are
worth a read.  There may be other material, but it's a long time since I
looked there.

"Are the bells mentioned in any of the Rudhall catalogues?"

 

I wasn't aware that any catalogues existed.  Previous enquiries led me to
believe they had ben destroyed in a fire.  If they do exist, where can I
find them?
