Subject: [Bell Historians] hippolyte eps (was St Cuthbert)

Having put "hippolyte eps" into google, it is worth searching the site for a

set of photos of the Whitechapel Bell Foundry

John David, Guernsey

Further searching shows the link with the Yerbury family of Bradford (on
Avon). Thomas Yerbury (relationship to John not known) was churchwarden at
Holy Trinity and his name is on the current 3rd and 4th bells, originally
cast in 1680 by Roger Purdue II of Bristol.
