I am rather puzzled by Alan's reference:
"Future facsimile copies under consideration are .. .. .. the 2nd edition of
Campanalogia (1698)."

I don't know of any such book of that date & would be interested to hear who
wrote it & (if known) who wrote the first edition and what is its date of
publication?
