[Bell Historians] Bell Details for Norfolk Towers

Hello Mike, et al,

With the help of John L'Estrange and his Church Bells of Norfolk, I have 
added some details for Marham, Runcton Holme, Stradsett, Trunch, Weeting 
St Mary and West Dereham.

Are Northwold a new ring?    L'Estrange indicates a tenor of 12 cwt vv 
Dove which says 14 cwt.
