I do not disagree, I actually said:

I should have said:
"but can never be as dimensionally stable as all steel in the face of
changing water levels."

The point I was trying to make is the potential of problems specifically
where the in tower environment or geographical location result in very
variable water content.
I failed to express myself properly.
