Apparently the word from the locals is that the 11th will be welded.
   
  It'll be quite a job getting it in and back out again! Was in Gloucester on Sunday afternoon and they were just ringing the front eight.

Yes, I accept that but a lot of them are in the public domain already if you know where to look - especially nominal frequencies. Dove contains details for many rings of bells, and the rings of 12 site has the tenor nominal for a number of rings (from which, assuming the bells are in tune and not stretched, the theoretical nominals for the other bells can be calculated). The details for Gloucester are not on either of these, hence my comment.
 
What is the planned course of action at Gloucester, of has no decision yet been made?
