[Bell Historians] Kingsmead Reprints

They were based in  Bath, and as I understand it are no longer in
existence. They did reprints of a number of bell-related books,
including the second edition of Sharpe's Berkshire (which was originally
published in parts in the Berkshire Archeological Journal (I think), and
as a series of offprints).
