I know of the following rings:
 
Cork (RC) Cathedral 8 + Semitone
Cork, St Nicholas (soon to be broken up in nobody wants them!)
Thurles (RC) Cathedral 8 + Semitone
Dublin (RC - John's Lane) Back 7 of 10
Melbourne (RC) Cathedral 8.
 
Are there any more?
