Has anyone looked? obviously it has been repaired more than once, and
contains re used timber but what date is it?
no vertical posts
4 of the bells are Henry Bagley II, 1695, could it be his work?
design wise it is nearly a modern low side.
Other bells were cast Abraham Rudhall 1712 and Thomas Mears II 1820.
I think the level of weathering indicates the frame is much earlier than
1820 frame but some of the frame ironwork could date from then.
The fittings are Day of Eye pre WW1. Independent clappers with a single
central bolt.
