The bells are apparently intact.  The tower contents were undamaged. 
Taylors are to visit on the request of the Ecclesiastical Insurance Co. 
just to make sure.

Although no cause has been publicly identified, there has been some 
leaking of info from a member of the fire brigade who is friends with a 
ringer.  It seems they are investigating the possibility of an 
electrical fire starting in the roof loft, possibly caused by the 
lighting getting very hot due to the roof cavity being used for storage.

This is pure rumour at the moment.
