I have an advert for Blackbourn & Greenleaf, when in business at 100, Bedwyn Street, Salisbury in the late 19th.c which claims, inter alia, that they were 'Sole Fixers of Selby's Apparatus for Silent Practice'.
Has anyone come across such an apparatus and where one might be extant and if so how it differs from a Seage's Apparatus for Silent Practice?
Neil Skelton.
