[Bell Historians] RE: Googling

Said it sounds a bit close to goggling, 
"To stare with wide and bulging eyes."
Often used as derogatory term for looking at young ladies, quite apart
from sounding rather unpleasant, a bit like the symptom of some nasty
chest ailment.
