A shame the back 12 wont be hung for ringing.
 
Servo (power assistance) technology capable of making a 100T bell as
easy to ring as any small bell has been around for 1/2 a centaury,
although the result would be ringing in slow motion.
 
Quite a thought, tweaking a rope with the finger tips and having a 100T
lump respond.
 
The design would be interesting, possibly a ground level installation, a
ringing pit, and a large "sound tunnel" tower above to direct the sound
up and out.
Day dreams are such fun.
