Two quarters were rung at Eltisley in 1984 & published in the RW on pages 262 & 1052. Two others are on pages 157 & 1166 in 1991 so unringability must have been sometime after this date.

  Eltisley in Cambs has ropes in the order 1324. Though they are not
  ringable now, they have been ringable - I rang a quarter peal on them
  about 20 years ago. I can't remember when or why they went unringable
  though I could probably find out.
