The article is with the RW. They seem to have a surfit of material - we are also waiting for them to print a fairly extensive Foundry Focus.

Some time ago we were advised that the sad tale of this installation
would be described in full in due course.
Have I missed it?
I have hesitated to post further details coming out of Norfolk and
elsewhere - some of which are curious to say the least and others
causing almost as much concern as the details of the original
installation.
I count the present situation as the second installation since I
understand that the tower had to be emptied and a fresh start made.
