May I please - and I do so gently - remind all those who bought 
copies of the RW microfiche that it was me who produced it, and that 
you all signed an undertaking not to make copies.  I did not recover 
the cost of doing that part of the job, and that this may be a chance 
for me to minimise some of those losses.
