Where ever they’re from, the seller clearly isn’t a ringer

indeed!   The material is also wrong as they are wrought iron, not cast!

Some look as though the shaft has been twisted so the ball presents a new
face to the bell.  If this is so they may well be the work of a local
blacksmith.
