Currently, the notes of all the bells are noted as C which is an 
entertaining thought.
( Likewise St Martin in the Fields ). Perhaps there is a good case for all 
of us to check
out our own rings and the ones we know, offering corrections to George 
Dawson ?

I think the note column seems to have 2 uses (unfortunately). As well as the 
obvious note of each bell, it seems to be used for recording whether the 
weight given is contemporary (C) latest (L), approx (A) or guesstimate (G). 
I'm sure Chris Pickford will correct me if I'm wrong!
