The oldest complete ring of six at Martley, Worcs, all by John Martin 1673, were rehung by Whitechapel in a new wooden frame c.1984.

The wooden frame at Sherston, Wiltshire (tenor 8-1-12) was made by Whites of Appleton around 1979. Is this the most recent wooden frame to be made?
