[Bell Historians] Holy Trinity, Bolton

One would have thought that the Lancashire Association would have rescued this memorial plaque to a former Holy Trinity Tower Captain, or made sure that those who transferred the bells to St Silas fulfilled what would seem to be an obligation which has been neglected.
