The Lye and Cattistock installations were carried out by Harry Stokes of Woodbury - was there a connection with Stokes and the dutch founder? Are any of the other installations by Stokes also??

A look at the Christ Church Lye website I see they are planning to restore them including that they will "possibly be cleaned and tuned to further improve their tone".
