Surely the structure can't be so dangerous as to make it impossible to make
sure the birds are kept out. And the peal boards and anything else in the
ringing room is kept safe? It was certainly safe enough for the persons
taking the pictures for the 28 days later web site.

The bells have not been rung for well over 20 years. The last peal was 28
years ago this month. The structure is dangerous and not accessible.
