When it comes to re-location of War Memorials, there are several Commercial Company  War Memorials which are now at the National Memorial Arboretum just down the road at Alrewas, (e.g. that of the Federal S N Co & New Zealand Shipping Co) which were transferred there when it was no longer possible to use the original sites. Maybe not bells but surely a precedent, and most of them were moved a far greater distance than from Hanley to Stone.
