Kumasi

I have been asked which Ringing World the original article was in. Unable  
to say but all of the info about Kumasi is what I have already said. Three 
bells  rung halfway up with apparently full wheels and fittings at a Roman 
Catholic  Church which may be St. Peters Cathedral. RW somewhere in the range 
of 1953 -  1964
 
Since the nearest towers in Zimbabwe and Kenya are a zillion miles away one 
 can hardly ask anyone to pop across so does any ringer know of any other 
ringer  that is currently living in Ghana ??
 
G.A.D. surprisingly does not have any info either.
