Does EH have no say in the matter? This seems to be a reasonably popular tower for quarter peals for five were published in the RW last year. (All on p17). Ring them or loose them.

The OUS, the OS and the ODG are all aware of the situation and are
doing their best to arrive at a solution with the various interested
parties.
