Well, the Plate Vii in Part 4 of Cheshire bell and the picture on the Bonham
site look remarkably similar.
Perhaps a visit/enquiry at the Stanney Womens Institute would be in order.

This has come from Chester itself and having spoken with the vendor (now
57), he recalls it when he was 3, in his relative's farm in the local
village of Oscroft near Tarvin. He has taken it with him through two local
house moves.
I attach a number of images for your assistance. Aside from the damage to
the cage, and some rim depletion, it is structurally sound and makes a
pleasant, if not tonally perfect, noise...
