Ah, at least a ringer got them.
I was considering bidding for that octave, and if I'd won them, was going to tune them and replace the octave of pressed steel handbells I have been hanging for the last three years. For "hanging" read "playing around with"-this external clappering has me beat, even with a pendelum clapper that hits the bell as it swings in each direction.
