Does anyone know where this may have come from?

I agree with Andrew that the bell is likely to be the former treble from St John's, Ousebridge, York: 24" diameter, weight 2-1-26 and cast by William Oldfield of York. It was put up for auction in December 2010 while installed in a ringing demonstration tower in a courtyard somewhere in Norfolk. Presumably it did not sell and now removed put up for sale again.
