Authority?  All gossip.  Petit & Fritsen (as reported) say that
Eijsbouts are casting / have cast the bell.  Paul de Kok says that they
haven't got the capacity.  But it seems wholly clear that it hasn't been
cast in the UK.

And your understanding comes from where?  The real question is why the
secrecy.
