Is this the medieval bell at Hedal Stave Church? (Hedal stavkyrkje)

If so the inscription reads:

Nicolaus Angelus me fecit

This translates to:

Nicolaus the Englishman made me.

So perhaps the question should be who is Nicolaus the Englishman?

There is a good story about the bells in this church. Apparently the entire population of the village was wiped out by the plague and the forest gradually re-claimed the land. 150 years later a group of hunters were in the forest and one of them shot an arrow at a bird, he missed but much to the surprise of the group the arrow hit one of the church bells! Upon investigation they re-discovered the church!

Or is this another bell with the same inscription at another location?
