If that bell is 18th century, then I’m never going to utter on old bells ever again!
The style of the lettering, the profile of the bell AND the decoration on the canons all point to an early date in the early 1300’s at the latest.
The ‘recerclé’ initial cross occurs all over Europe, and the Sarnsfield bell, Herefordshire dates to c1300, see Sharpes Church Bells of Herefordshire for further European examples of similar dates.
