On the website of St Faith's Church, Havant, Hants <www.stfaith.com/bell ringers> there is a statement to the effect that, on 11 January 1806 a 2-hour peal was rung for the funeral of Lord Nelson.

Searching for the origin of this statement, I found in the Hampshire Telegraph  for January 13th page 3, the following:

The  inhabitants of Havant, who, on the day of Lord Nelson's funeral in London, paid their last tributes of affection to his lordship by a solemn peal of half muffles bells which rung for two hours.

As no minutes were given to the time of the ringing, could this be taken as a full length peal, one that is not in the 'Felstead' records? There were six bells at that time.
