Hello -

I am the Director of Facilities and Production at the Ocean Grove Camp
Meeting Association, a UMC Camp Meeting on the Jersey Shore.

So for years and years we have started our worship services by ringing a
tower bell 5 times. However, nobody knows why we ring it 5 times. It's just
the way we've done it for years. Any idea of any bell ringing tradition that
would cause us to ring it 5 times??
