So he would have been atlest 15 years old when he had his first child ?
Or perhaps casting bells from 1696 to after 1713 ?
And maybee freinds with Robert Cor ?

Bill Butlers book gives the date of children born to him in 1701 & 1713.

Dear All, 
           A quick question, 
 I recently bought a small handbell cast by E Plumer of Ramsbury in Wiltshire, It is said he cast bells in the 18th Centuary,
Can anyone give me a more accurate date ?
