[Bell Historians] Who cast this bell?

Can you offer us any clues, in particular which part of the country it comes from?  It would also help to know what size it is - if it's relatively small it could easily be the work of a firm like (in Lancashire) Roberts of Nelson, who cast the odd bell as a sideline.
