What are we to make of this youtube video? An unknown (never-rung) ring of four out in India? A substantial frame, headstocks, stays, clappers (no wheels?)
Seems to be lots of info on-line about the church. The only mention of bells is this:

"Built by Bishop Robert Caldwell in the year 1880. Has "Joy Bell"-set of four brass bells, which can be rang in music of Christian devotionals. Can be heard up to five kilometers. One bell of this type is present in London & other is here. Only two "Joy bells" in the world. Robert Caldwell & his wife are laid to rest in the Alter of this church"
