Did you have a look at the Old Town Hall at Alnwick? The tower is quite substantial, a bit like the municipal one at Morpeth – see https://co-curate.ncl.ac.uk/town-hall-alnwick/ . From what I remember it’s got a couple of small bells for the clock, but I’ve never been inside.

The G&J chime at Alnmouth is very pretty but the tower doesn't look particularly substantial. The clock chime at St. Paul's is particularly impressive!
