[Bell Historians] Half and three-quarters wheels

Yes, the fittings are quite modern, but appear to be copies of previous fittings. From memory, the weeks are a little more than 50%, but not as much as 75%. They can be rung up, without telling that they don’t have full wheels. There is however, a notice in the ringing room that the bells are a chime, and cannot be rung up. So I question why they were ever fitted with stays and sliders.
