Mystery solved!

You are correct. The frame is from Taynton. In fact, the photo was taken at Taynton by a ringer on their way to Gt Barrington and mislabelled!

I think that frame is outside Taynton church. When White's remuddled the frame there one frameside was left over. The locals were going to display it somewhere.
